I stopped the Honey Wingfield on the 14th when they had 14 leaves. I also stopped Pelsall Imperial a month earlier than last year as it didn't flower until well into December. I have so far potted on 49 earlies and 31 lates I am half way through the ones that were potted into 31/2 on Feb 18th.
As you can see from the photos one cold frame is full. The cold greenhouse has got the 227 plants for Harrogate as well as the remaining 5inch that are not in the cold frame. The heated greenhouse is busting at the seams with the remaining 31/2 plus allsorts of other things.
When I pot into 5' I always stake the plant with a 9' cane for support and obviously a twist it.
I also Growslowed some last night that just seemed to be starting to get away. However I made sure that none would be stopped within the next 3 weeks.
Nothing much happened at the Northern Group Meeting the main topic was about the arrangements for the stall at Harrogate.
