Things are moving on at a pace. I've got 68 in the greenhouse with colour. However i am going to struggle to get many vases of 5 as the flowers of the same variety are showing colour at different times. In fact it can be as much as 2 weeks difference on the same plant. Oh to be able to grow like the late Wallace Brook who could grow 3 plants 2 up and still be spoilt for choice.

I had a bit of a disaster last Monday I went into the greenhouse to take some pictures for the diary only to find that the camera screen had cracked. I took into a camera shop for repair to be told that a replacement screen would be £165. As it was my daughters 21st that day I had to buy a new camera the results of which can be seen lower down.

You can see from the pictures that I operate 4 fans a dehumidifier and tubular heaters. I bought the heaters from Dean Clayton a few years ago. As well as coming on when the temperature drops below a certain figure they also come on when the humidity goes above a set figure . Unfortunately I have never been able to master that part of it so if there are any electricians out there who think that they can help please drop me an e-mail.

It's the start of the Bar Top season next week so i am sure that Denton on Tuesday and Dukinfield in Wednesday would be pleased to see you.
