If anyone read last weeks diary I said that I was going to Ossett for the Northern Group meeting. It was actually at Horbury.
Roger couldn't make Scunthorpe on Wednesday but John and I set off early so that i could call at Mick Graves to take some pictures. They can be found in the photos section.
It was a nice Bar top show with a reasonable amount of flowers Sowerby Bridge won the inaugural League with Scunthorpe and Humberside being the other Societies competing.
This Wednesday I am at the North West Counties meeting in Heywood sorting out the final details for the show on Tuesday November 6th( details from Keith Atkinson on 01942 877043)
On Friday I am hopefully going up to Hartlepool to pick up 3 blooms of Bill Holden from Harry Lawson. I will be registering them at Chester on the Sunday.
Before that I am hoping to put some flowers in at Southport on the Saturday.
