Both the feeds that I use.
The chempak 20 20 20 is a balanced feed that needs mixing with water. I mix it to a third strength and use it every watering so that the plants get some little and often. However, with all the rain that we have had they have not requred watering so once a week they have been getting a 5 ml teaspoon for the dry feed which is Chempak no 1. You should start to feed 6 weeks after they went into the 9 inch pots as all the food is the soil will have been used up.
